SFDA Enhances Global Engagement with New ICH Information Hub

The SFDA launched a dedicated webpage on its website that provides access to draft guidelines under development for public consultation and private sector feedback, along with the officially adopted guidelines by the SFDA. It also features a list of ICH working groups in which SFDA experts are actively involved.

In June 2024 the Saudi FDA announced being a member in the International Council for Harmonization (ICH) making it the first in middle east to be part of this committee.

This makes the Kingdom one of the leading countries that continues to be committed to advancing in the national drug regulatory framework, further pushing engagement of stakeholders in following global practices & ensuring harmonization with global regulatory initiatives.
